Abstract
When retinal explants from goldfish are grown on a polycation substratum, a marked tendency for directionality of neurite outgrowth is observed. While the direct relevance to nerve growth in vivo is not known, the phenomenon is interpreted as reflecting an inherent helicity of the neurites.Entities:
