Abstract
We present a case of Niemann-Pick disease subtype B in which the excessive storage of sphingomyelin within lung interstitium and alveoli produced an infiltrative lung disease demonstrated on high-resolution CT (HRCT). HRCT findings were correlated to pathological features.Entities:
