Abstract
A method of placing two endosteal implants with simultaneous bone grafting to the anterior mandible is described. This technique is simple to use, has minimal morbidity, and has produced good preliminary results. Retrospectively, 18 patients with a total of 36 implants were reviewed. An implant success rate of 91.6% was seen at a mean follow-up time of 17 months after loading with an implant-supported, soft-tissue-borne overdenture.Entities:
