Extraction procedures for use prior to HPLC nucleotide analysis using microparticle chemically bonded packings.

S C Chen, P R Brown, D M Rosie.

Abstract

In preparing nucleotide extracts for HPLC analysis using microparticle, chemically bonded packings, tri-octyl-amine-freon solutions can be used for the extraction of the acid from the solution if the concentration of the amine is carefully controlled.
