Abstract
Phosphorothioate oligodeoxynucleotides, designed as nuclease-resistant antisense agents, appear to have a number of surprising biological effects that are unrelated to their intended antisense activity. These effects may be useful in themselves, but must be understood for the full potential of antisense technology to be realized.Entities:
