Abstract
The essential oil for Piper angustifolium Lam. was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) technique. Camphor and camphene were the main constituents. This oil exhibited bacteriostatic and fungistatic activities against Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, and Escherichia coli.Entities:
