Abstract
Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is rare, although its frequency has increased in recent years. Radiographically, almost all PCNSL enhance on CT and/or MRI, and nonenhancing PCNSL has been thought to be extremely rare. We present PCNSL showing multiple nonenhancing lesions on MRI in an immunocompetent patient.Entities:
