Abstract
Organ temperature changes and the temperature gradient between organs with cooling and rewarming were studied in rabbits using pulsatile flow perfusion. The temperature gradient between organs was within 3 degrees C. At the initial stage of cooling and rewarming, organ temperatures changed rapidly. During circulatory arrest, organ temperatures rose gradually. Brain temperature changes were similar to other organs.Entities:
