Abstract
A 19-year-old girl who had myasthenia gravis was found to have thymic Hodgkin's disease or "granulomatous thymoma." The myasthenia regressed completely following surgical removal of the thymic lesion. This association of Hodgkin's disease of the thymus and myasthenia appears unique. Possibly pathogenetic implications are discussed.Entities:
