Abstract
Subacute necrotising sialadenitis (SANS) has recently been reported as a possible separate disease of the palatal salivary glands. Only 12 cases have been reported to our knowledge. We describe the clinical and histopathological findings of three new cases, and conclude that it is unlikely that SANS is a disease in its own right.Entities:
