Abstract
In spite of significant recent advancements in imaging technology, monitoring [12] and surgical techniques [1,5,7,18,21,24], complete and safe removal of tentorial and posterior fossa meningiomas remains a formidable challenge for most neurosurgeons [6,8,9,14,15,17].
