Abstract
One case of horseshoe lung with associated scimitar syndrome is presented. Unusual bronchial and pleural anomalies as delineated by CT and plain chest radiographic imaging are described. The presence of bilateral fissures led to a newly proposed classification of horseshoe lung based on pleural anatomy.Entities:
