Abstract
Horseshoe lung is a rare pulmonary anomaly characterized by fusion of the posterobasal portions of the right and left lung behind the heart anterior to the aorta and the spinal column. This anomaly is almost always associated with lung hypoplasia. The case of a newborn who had horseshoe lung with left lung hypoplasia and cardiac-type total anomalous pulmonary venous return is reported.Entities:
