Abstract
A dot immunobinding assay was used to detect antibodies to measles virus, mumps virus, and rubella virus antigens. Filter paper soaked with serum or whole blood was directly applied to the antigen-coated nitrocellulose sheets. The test was easy to perform, and its results agreed very well with those obtained by standard enzyme immunoassay.Entities:
