Aneurysms of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery.

M B Pritz1.

Abstract

Aneurysms of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery (AICA) are rare lesions. Three AICA aneurysms that differed in clinical presentation, anatomical location, and morphology are presented to illustrate the radiologic evaluation, perioperative management, surgical treatment and prevention of complications of these uncommon lesions.
