Abstract
A case of aneurysm of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery at the internal auditory meatus is presented in which severe subarachnoid haemorrhage was followed by facial palsy. Eighteen cases in the literature are reviewed and their diagnostic and surgical implications discussed.Entities:
