Abstract
In this pilot study, the authors assessed 4-year outcomes for 18 schizophrenic outpatients with alcoholism who were treated in an innovative dual-diagnosis program. Over half (61.1%) achieved stable remissions from alcoholism. The mean duration of remission was 26.5 months.Entities:
