Abstract
Two cases of parathyroid adenoma were diagnosed with ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration. Both patients were clinically suspected of having features of primary hyperparathyroidism. On aspiration, one had an associated cystic change with golden brown fluid and the other a markedly cellular aspirate. The cells aspirated were differentiated from thyroid epithelial cells.Entities:
