Abstract
A case of congenital entropion is presented in which the lower-lid crease was lost during entropion surgery, yielding a postoperative condition resembling an epiblepharon. The case suggests that deficiencies in the lower-lid retractor fibers are a key factor in the pathogenesis of both congenital entropion and epiblepharon.Entities:
