Abstract
A case of an osteoclastic giant cell tumor of the pancreas is presented. The different surgical specimens during the forty months of observation suggest that the histological feature of the tumor has changed. Although immunohistological studies were performed, the histogenesis remains obscure. Additional 19 cases of the literature were briefly reviewed.Entities:
