Abstract
A patient suffering from blunt traumatic rupture of the right hemidiaphragm is presented. Chest radiography and computed tomography (CT) suggested the type of injury, but magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) established unequivocally the correct preoperative diagnosis.Entities:
