Abstract
The induction and isolation of mutations in genes playing important roles in pattern formation have been extremely valuable in elucidating the mechanisms governing pattern formation in invertebrates. The recent establishment of genetic methods in the zebrafish, Brachydanio rerio, has permitted systematic mutational studies of vertebrate embryonic development.Entities:
