Abstract
A large perianal defect resulting from resection of Bowen's disease was reconstructed with a pair of sliding V-Y perineal flaps. The anatomical basis of the flaps is described, based on the inferior rectal vessels as fasciocutaneous units. Both continence and sensibility are preserved with the procedure.Entities:
