Abstract
Numerous recent technical innovations in magnetic resonance imaging have dramatically improved the imaging evaluation of musculoskeletal disease; however, with the introduction of new techniques comes the risk of inappropriate applications and unanticipated pitfalls in interpretation. Some of the practical and theoretical implications of these recent innovations as well as potential caveats associated with their use are highlighted in the following discussion.Entities:
