Abstract
Persistent sciatic artery (PSA) is a rare vascular anomaly that results from failure of an embryonal artery to the lower extremities to regress during fetal development. Aneurysm formation, thromboembolism, and arterial occlusions may complicate this abnormality. We report a patient with complete bilateral PSA and intermittent claudication who was treated by bilateral percutaneous angioplasty.Entities:
