An interleukin-8 (IL-8) cDNA clone identifies a frequent HindIII polymorphism.

M F Fey1, A Tobler.

Abstract

An interleukin-8 cDNA probe detects a biallelic HindIII polymorphism. This frequent restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) provides a new genetic marker for the long arm of chromosome 4.
