Abstract
Femur fractures represent approximately 1.7% of all pediatric bony injuries. Most femur fractures were treated nonoperatively prior to the early 1980s. Recent refinements in the operative techniques used to treat pediatric femur fracture have led to a reduction in the use of traction and casting treatment methods.Entities:
