Abstract
Among all antibiotics tested, amoxycillin (500 ppm) completely inhibited the polygalacturonase and pectinmethylgalacturonase enzyme activity in F. oxysporum; none of the antibiotics did so in F. moniliforme. No antibiotic completely inhibited the cellulase activity in both test organisms, however, amoxycillin was better than other antibiotics in inhibiting the cellulase activity in both the organisms.Entities:
