Abstract
Mandatory research in an obstetrics-and-gynecology residency can be an effective tool for teaching physicians the skills needed for them to become intelligent readers of the medical literature. We present our 15-year experience with a resident research program. We discovered that in addition to achieving the primary goal in resident education, structured resident research has many other benefits.Mesh:
