Abstract
We describe a 31-year-old male with a rebound radicular syndrome due to post-laminectomy scarring in the intervertebral foramen and epidural space. Repeated injection of hyaluronidase through the intervertebral foramen into the scar tissue resulted in periods of appreciably reduced pain and increasing duration. No untoward effects were seen.Entities:
