Abstract
We describe the case of a 40-year-old male patient who had presented clinically as primary lateral sclerosis for the past 10 years and neuropathologically as diffuse Lewy body disease (DLBD). Neuropathology demonstrated DLBD as an almost ubiquitous disorder of the neuronal cytoskeleton.Entities:
