Abstract
A cDNA encoding cat growth hormone (Fc GH) has been isolated and sequenced. This is the first report of a feline GH nucleotide and deduced amino acid (aa) sequences. This cat pituitary cDNA resembles a typical mammalian pre-GH cDNA with its encoded mature hormone differing from dog GH only by a single aa residue.Entities:
