Abstract
A flap tear of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus adjacent to its tibial insertion combined with acute rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament was successfully repaired arthroscopically by a combination of advancement of the tip of the flap into a drill hole created in the tibia and an inside-out stacked suture technique using Henning instrumentation in two cases. However, the long-term function of the repaired menisci, which was reduced several millimeters in circumferential length, is still unknown.Entities:
