An unusual inflammatory lesion of the jejunum in a patient with late onset immunoglobulin deficiency.

S E Williams.

Abstract

A 40-year-old male patient is reported in whom a grossly inflamed thickened 70-cm segment of jejunum complicated a 'late onset' immunoglobulin deficiency state. The pathogenesis is unknown, but extensive occlusion of the vascular supply to the lesion may have contributed to its development.
