Effect of seasonal variations and cold acclimation on serum transaminase activity of common Indian frog Rana tigrina.

Abstract

A definite seasonal change is observed in 2 transaminases, SGOT and SGPT of R. tigrina. Cold acclimation significantly depresses transaminase activity of serum.
