Abstract
The case of an infant with Hirschsprung's disease involving the rectum, entire colon, cecum, appendix, terminal ileum and sparing the midtransverse colon is described. The purpose of the report is to submit an additional illustration of this rarely documented aspect of intestinal aganglionosis.Entities:
