Abstract
Skip segment Hirschprung's disease (SSHD) is an uncommon variant of Hirschprung's disease where normal intestine is interspersed proximally and distally by abnormal, aganglionated intestine. These segmental changes have no well-defined embryological explanation. We present a case of SSHD in the small bowel and concomitant perforated Meckel's diverticulum, with review of the literature relevant to SSHD.Entities:
