Abstract
The consistent body of evidence supporting a relationship between high density lipoproteins and coronary heart disease is examined. However, an actual causal relationship has yet to be demonstrated. Methods of measuring HDL are presented and the difficulties with clinical measurement and evaluation are explored.Entities:
