Abstract
Cicatricial entropion resulting from trachoma occurs in various grades of severity. No one technique of surgical correction is suitable for all types. The technique has to be modified in accordance with the severity of the condition. A modified technique using skin graft is described, and excellent results (93.8%) in 380 lid corrections with minimal recurrences during a follow-up period of over 2 years are presented.Entities:
