Abstract
The effect of fenoctimine, a new anti-secretory agent, has been studied on food stimulated acid secretion in six normal volunteers. When tested between 2 and 4 h after dosing, and compared with placebo, fenoctimine 50 mg inhibited acid secretion by a mean of 29%, 150 mg by 43% and 250 mg by 47%.Entities:
