Abstract
Cumulative dose-effect curves were generated for chlordiazepoxide, diazepam, meprobamate, pentobarbital, morphine, and d-amphetamine in a Geller-Seifter conflict test with incremental shock. The anxiolytics increased responses in conflict significantly at one or more doses, whereas the non-anxiolytics d-amphetamine and morphine produced dose-related decreases. Results were consistent with previous data from the conventional one-dose-per-session design.Entities:
