Abstract
Carbon-14-labeled 2,4',5-trichlorobiphenyl was found to be metabolized by the mercapturic acid pathway to metabolites that are excreted in bile. About 57 percent of the carbon-14 was excreted in the bile; 30 to 35 percent was present as mercapturic acid pathway metabolites. Mercapturic acid was also isolated from the urine (0.3 percent of the dose).Entities:
