Effects of araC and aphidicolin on DNA chain elongation rate in HeLa S3 cells.

Abstract

The effects of araC and aphidicolin on DNA chain elongation rate were tested. The rate was markedly reduced at low concentrations. Total DNA synthesis was more inhibited, indicating a role of DNA polymerase a in replicon initiation.
