Abstract
A case of a giant cell tumor of the thumb metacarpal in an 87-year-old woman is reported. An en bloc resection of the tumor with a homologous bone graft replacement was performed. Follow-up at 2 years revealed good function of the thumb and no evidence of tumor recurrence.Entities:
