Abstract
A number of reports have shown that the peripheral blood neutrophil count in many negroes is considerably lower than in white populations. This neutropenia has been ascribed previously to both genetic and nutritional causes. We have studied bone marrow reserve function and myelopoiesis in 3 negroes with neutropenia, and found these to be normal.Entities:
