Abstract
The authors have made the first discovery of Phlebotomus mascittii in Spain. The species was caught in Catalonia in the provinces of Gerona and Barcelona. Altogether 7 individual sandflies (4 male, 3 female) were collected (using oiled paper traps) in four separate sub-mediterranean sites (between 650 and 780 m).Entities:
