Abstract
The authors describe a case in which lithium may have prevented a relapse of prednisone-related psychosis in a patient who required chronic steroid therapy for severe pulmonary disease. The literature supporting the use of lithium for this indication is reviewed and suggestions for further research are made.Entities:
