Abstract
The binding of [3H]flunitrazepam (FLU) to Type 1 and Type 2 benzodiazepine receptors in rat cerebellum and cerebral cortex was differentiated by the addition of 200 nM CL218,872 which preferentially displaces [3H]FLU from Type 1 receptors. Type 1 but not Type 2 receptor binding was significantly stimulated by 1 mM sodium pentobarbital.Entities:
