Abstract
Female ICR Swiss mice, generally resistant to the diabetogenic effects of the D variant of encephalomyocarditis virus, develop diabetes to the same extent as males if they are pretreated with testosterone. The data suggest that testosterone is one of the factors involved in the development of diabetes in certain strains of mice.Entities:
