Abstract
Eating habits, food preferences, and attitudes affecting nutrition in the elderly are the result of the interaction of numerous interpersonal and intrapersonal forces. The physiologic changes that accompany aging must be understood by the clinician and accepted by the elderly person. Social stress and other environmental factors can adversely affect nutritional status.Entities:
